Boxing

Boxing Fitness is a fast-paced class that uses heavy bags, hand targets, and partner drills to build skill and technique. These classes serve as both an excellent workout in addition to building endurance, skilled technique, confidence, and self-defense capabilities. Both female teens and adults are welcome. The bonus is that it is a ton of fun to hit things!
